Section 6 – 檢驗報告 Inspection Report Requirement

  6.1供應(yīng)商首檢報告需包含如下信息 First article check report by vendor must include below information:

  6.1.1訂單號,機種名,目的地,產(chǎn)線名,客戶名,檢驗員,審核員等; Order PO#, Model Number, Destination, Production line, Customer, Inspector, Approval;

  6.1.2首件檢查至少有 3PCS 包裝成品檢驗信息及數(shù)據(jù);First Article check need implement at least 3pcs products;

  6.1.3記錄所檢產(chǎn)品序列編號,軟硬件版本號及關(guān)鍵部品, 安規(guī)部品型號; Record inspected product S/N, HW/SW version, Critical & Safety Components Model Number;

  6.1.4首檢報告檢驗項目應(yīng)包括 First article check items should include:

  1) 產(chǎn)品的安全,功能,性能,外觀,結(jié)構(gòu),內(nèi)部裝配工藝,包裝,配件檢查; Product safety, function, performance, appearance, structure, internal workmanship, package, accessory check;

  2)產(chǎn)品關(guān)鍵可靠性測試如老化(含高低電壓),反極性測試(DC 供電產(chǎn)品),裸跌(便攜式或戶外產(chǎn)品),絲印質(zhì)量測試等;Key reliability testing items for product such as burning testing (high/low voltage), Reverse polarity test (product with DC power supply), Bare unit drop test (portable/outdoor product),silkscreen quality testing etc.

  3)包裝關(guān)鍵可靠性測試如運輸振動測試,卡通箱跌落,個體包裝跌落,掛鉤,手提扣強度測試等; Key package reliability testing item such as Carton Vibration Test, Carton Drop Test, Individual Drop Testing, Hang Hole Strength Test, Portable buckle-handle strength test

  4)跟產(chǎn)品相關(guān)的兼容性測試; Product compatible test;

  5)產(chǎn)品與工程承認樣品種&BOM核對; Confirm production product with BOM & approved engineering sample;

  6.1.6對于實測數(shù)據(jù)如電氣性能亮度,響度,尺寸,重量,溫度,功率,失真,頻響,分離度等都需要記錄 3 組具體數(shù)據(jù); Measured data such as performance measurement e.g. brightness, loudness, dimension, weight, temperature, power, THD, frequency response, separation need be recorded with at least 3 products measurement;

  6.1.7首件檢驗的不良描述及問題嚴重程序的判定(如發(fā)現(xiàn)缺陷); Defect description for 1st article check and issue severity level judgment should be included in 1st article check report;

  6.1.8首件檢驗判定結(jié)果:符合/不符合/待定; 1st article check judgement should include conform/no-conform/pending;供應(yīng)商按 LOT 的檢驗報告需要包含如下信息 Vendor inspection report by lot inspection need include below information:

  6.2.1訂單號,機種名,目的地,產(chǎn)線名,客戶名,總訂單數(shù)量,當批次號,當批數(shù)量,檢驗員,審核員等 Order PO#, Model Number, Destination, Production line, Customer, Whole PO# Quantity, Lot number, lot quantity, inspector, Approval;

  6.2.2抽樣標準,方案及 AQL 水平;

  6.2Sampling inspection standard, plan and AQL level;

  6.2.3記錄檢驗產(chǎn)品序列編號,軟硬件版本號; Record S/N for inspected products, SW/HW version

  6.2.4不良產(chǎn)品記錄包括:序列號,問題嚴重程度判定,問題點描述,總?cè)毕輸?shù)統(tǒng)計等;NG product records should include S/N, issue severity level, issue description, total defect statistics;

  6.2.5 LOT 檢驗結(jié)果判定:接收/拒收/待定; Lot inspection result judgement: Accepted/Rejected/Pending;

  6.3BBY 自驗貨報告 -按 BBY 要求填寫; BBY self-inspection report: Fill report by BBY report requirement.
